In June 29, 2005, O'Dell married Keith Zubchevich, an executive for Riverbed Technology. They met while waiting in line at a Los Angeles-area airport. On December 2006, she announced that she is expecting her first child in the summer of 2007. She and Billy Bush currently serve as co-hosts of Access Hollywood, a 30-minute entertainment news program produced and syndicated by NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution. She also co-hosted the Miss USA 2006 pageant with Drew Lachey and co-hosted the Miss Universe 2006 pageant with Carlos Ponce. O'Dell has appeared in several movies as either herself or a generic entertainment reporter, and has also taken on other acting roles, including minor roles in the television series Charmed (Season 1 finale and season 5 premiere). O'Dell was also the host and consulting producer of the USA Network talent competition Nashville Star over its first two seasons, but made the choice to leave the show upon its move from Saturday to Tuesday because of conflicts with her Access Hollywood schedule.
